​​In accordance with Act No. 44 of June 21, 1988, as amended, and Procurement Regulation Number 5853 of Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority (PRIFA) approved September 9, 1998, the PRIFA's is requesting competitive bids for Interior Renovation of the New Medicaid Offices in 5th Floor, World Plaza Building Municpality of San Juan, Puerto Rico. ​​                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    The Project consists of the renovation of approximately 12,990 square feet of existing office space for the new facilities for the Medicaid Offices.  The offices are located in the 5th floor of the World Plaza Building.  Interior renovation will consist of, but is not limited to, existing floor replacement with new modular carpet tiles, minor construction and repair of gypsum board walls and soffits, replacement with new modular carpet tiles, repair and rehabilitation of existing electrical and mechanical infrastructure and the rehabilitation of existing doors and hardware.    
  
  
  Proposal package will be available since Friday, October 2, 2015 at 2:00p.m. until Friday, October 9, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at PRIFA's Office located at 268 Muñoz Rivera Avenue in World Plaza Building, 12th Floor, Hato Rey.  Bid packages will have a non-reimbursable cost of one hundred dollars ($100.00) payable to the PRIFA with certified check or money order.  Payment in cash will not be accepted. 
  
  
  ​​The mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at PRIFA's offices located at 268 Muñoz Rivera Avenue in World Plaza, 12th Floor Conference Room.  All formal bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum Bid Value.  All bids shall be delivered by the Bidders at PRIFA's offices located at 268 Muñoz Rivera Avenue in World Plaza Building, 12th Floor Conference Roo, at the Bid Submittal Due Date.  Aditionally, in accordance with Law Number 52 of June 18, 2002, the contractor shall submit an Eligibility Certificate form the General Services Administration.  Prifa reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and recommend to the Executive Director the Bid's award under the most favorable conditions to PRIFA.  All interested contractors must comply with the IFB Packages provisions and they will be reponsible to deliver the documents before Bid Submissions deadline.
