In accordance with Act No. 44 of June21, 1988, as amended, and Procurement Regulation Number 5853 of the Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority (here inafter referred to as PRIFA) approved September 9, 1998, the PRIFA's is requesting Proposals for Management and Operation services of the World Plaza Building.

  PRIFA is the owner of the World Plaza  Building (hereinafter referred to as "WP"), a 23 story first class office building  with 368,273 square feet and a 6 floor parking building with 1,371 spaces, located at 268 Muñoz Rivera Avenue, in the Municipality of San Juan, Puerto Rico. As owner of the property, PRIFA is responsible for WP's administration and maintenance. ​

In order to handle the administration of the property, PRIFA requires a Property Manager who has the necessary experience managing similar of comparable properties which includes retail, service commercial and office spaces.  The Property Manager should present professional and technical staff to administer, operate, repair and maintain the buildings, in acceptable conditions by providing excellent and timely service to the tenants that PRIFA will have.  All work specifications are clearly defined in Exhibit H.

​Proposal packages can be collected of Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. and will be available until Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at PRIFA's offices located at 268 Muñoz Rivera Avenue in World Plaza building, 12th Floor, Hato Rey.  Proposal packages will have a non-reimbursable cost of one hundred dollars ($100.00) payable to the PRIFA with certified check or money order.  Payment in cash will not be accepted.
