Descripción:
The World Plaza building is located at Muñoz Rivera Avenue Hato Rey and comprises about 23 floors including basement and roof. It is a structure that accommodates office space and retail space. It has an annex building of six (6) floors for parking and an area for auto bank. The main entrance doors are located at the Plaza level al the front of the building, up the escalator there is an access bridge from the parking structure to Plaza level which remains open during the same hours of operation of parking. The building has a rentable area of approximately 338,000 square feet.
The work to be perfomed consists to provide security in physical plant, access, lobby, loading area, parking, offices and shops. The work for this project is detailed in the Bid package.
Bid packages will be available for purchase from Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to Thursday, January 11, 2018 until 10:00 a.m. at PRIFA's offices located on 268 Muñoz Rivera Vanue in World Plaza Building, Twelve Floor, Hato Rey. Bid packages will have a non-reimbursable cost of $100.00 payable to the Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority with certified check or money order. Payments in cash not be accepted.
The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at PRIFA's offices located on 268 Muñoz Rivera Avenue in World Plaza, Hato Rey, 12th Floor on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. and followed by the visit to the project, both of a compulsory nature.
All formal bids must include a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid value. All bids received, will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Board of Awards at the 12th Floor Conference Room, at the Proposal Submittal Due Date. Addicionally, in accordarce with Law Number 85 of June 18, 2002, the contractor shall submit an Elegible Certificate from the General Services Administration. PRIFA reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to recommend to the Executive Director the bid's award under the most favorable conditions to PRIFA.
All interested contractors mus comply with the Bid packages provisions and they will be responsible to deliver the documents before bid submission deadline.
