The Department of Economic Development and Commerce of Puerto Rico (DDEC) seeks proposals from qualified individuals and/or legal entities interested in developing or installing a software solution fo WIOA workflows.  All services perfomed by a selected Respondent must comply with applicable federal requirements and with all Commonwealth of Puerto Rico laws and regulations.Any service agreement, if awarded, will be based on the factors stated in this RFP.  A more detailed description of the contract terms is provided in the RFP package. The RFP package may be obtained from the DDEC, on business days at the Labor Development Program Office located on the Second floor of the PRIDCO Building, 355 F.D. Roosevelt Avenue, San Juan P.
