The Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA) is requesting proposals from individual or legal entities with experience in providing innovative quality programs and services for public residents located in several municipalities in Puerto Rico.
 
The PRPHA seeks to continue improving the quality of life and strengthening the social life of public housing residents.  This will be accomplished through the development and implementation of multiple and diverse innovative resident services programs.  The PRPHA’s residents should benefit by having more access to programs promoting social skills, interest on education, emotional and social development, professional skills, empowerment, sustainability, and leadership.
 
The services requested in this procurement process will be provided based on the availability of federal funds received by the PRPHA for competitive proposals for resident services.
 
This solicitation is open to: organizations, individuals, firms, with appropriate experience in prevention and educational programs.  PRPHA strongly encourages Section 3 and women-owned businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged business enterprises, nonprofit institutions, Faith Based organization and small businesses, to submit proposals; to participate as partners; or to participate in other business activity in response to this RFP.  Government Agencies, including Municipalities, and Management Agents of public housing projects cannot participate in this RFP process.

No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of 90 days subsequent to delivery date of the offers without the consent of the PRPHA.
