Descripción: Ludovico Costoso School is a special education school serve students from pre-kinder to high school levels ages, four (4) to 18 years located in the Municipality of Bayamon, PR at PR 29 National Cemetery West Main Avenue consist of two classroom buildings with one (1) annex for therapy services, administrative offices, basketball court, dining building, for a total of four (4) buildings. The work will be consisting in architectural works, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, civil and general works (including painted, roof treatment, stormwater management system, health etc). The work for this project is detailed in the plans and specifications attached as part of this Bid package.

Bid packages can be collected since December 27, 2013 from 2:00 pm to January 8, 2014 until 4:00 p.m. at PRIFA’s offices located on 268 Muñoz Rivera Avenue in World Plaza building, Fourth Floor, Hato Rey. Bid packages will have a non-reimbursable cost of $20.00 payable to the Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority with certified check or money order. Payments in cash will not be accepted.
All formal bids must include a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid value. Additionally, in accordance with Law Number 85 of June 18, 2002, the contractor shall submit an Eligibility Certificate from the General Services Administration. PRIFA reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to recommend to the Executive Director the bid’s award under the most favorable conditions to PRIFA.
All interested contractors must comply with the Bid packages provisions and they will be responsible to deliver the documents before bid submission deadline.
