Descripción: The Department of the Family and the Administration for Child Support Enforcement (ASUME, for its acronyms in Spanish) intend to procure services from a single Collections Services Contractor (CSC) as a centralized child support payment processing unit that allows for same business day processing of incoming payments, and transmission of processed payment information to Puerto Rico’s Child Support Enforcement System (PRACSES). The Contractor must also perform other related banking services, such as reconciliation, transaction processing, electronic payment marketing, among others. ASUME intends to procure these services from a single Bidder capable of processing a large volume of child support payments in the most efficient and expeditious manner possible.

The specification documents will be available in hardcopy format as of Tuesday, July 15th 2014 in the General Services Division, located on the First Floor of the Metro Center Building #5, Mayagüez Street, corner of Cidra St., Hato Rey, during working hours. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday, July 18th 2014 at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Room located on the 8th floor of the Metro Center Building. Failure to comply with attendance to the conference may expose an otherwise qualified bidder to disqualification.
Proposals must be submitted by Wednesday July 30th 2014 at 2:00 p.m
