Descripción:
Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA) is requesting Proposals from companies, entities, or teams of companies (Proponents) for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the North Coast Superaqueduct (NCSA) System, currently owned and managed by PRASA. The NCSA System consists of a Raw Water Reservoir and Raw Water Pump Station that pumps water to a 100 Million Gallon per Day (MGD) Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Treated water is then distributed by gravity to seven treated water storage tank (TWST) and two additional interconnections located along the north coast of the island, from the municipality of Arecibo to the municipality of Bayamón. The qualified proponed will be responsible for the day to day O&M activities necessary to keep the BCSA system fully functional, in continuous operation, and in compliance with all the federal and local laws, rules, regulations and other applicable standards.

On or before May 9, 2019, Proponents shall confirm via the email rfp_ncsa2019@acueductospr.com their interest in participating in the RFP process, their designated contact person (please include all relevant contact information including email and telephone number), and their attendance to the Proposal pre-submittal meeting. Upon receipt of confirmation, PRASA will send Proponents RFP documents via email and map with driving directions to the Santiago Vázquez WTP facilities. A site visit to the NCSA System facilities will be performed on that day. Sealed proposals will be received by PRASA at the 9th floor (Metro Region) of the PRASA Main Building, located at 604 Barbosa Avenue, Hato Rey, Puerto Rico 00917-4310. Prospective bidders are hereby advised that to be eligible to submit a proposal for these projects, they must attend a pre-submittal meeting . All questions regarding this RFP should be directed only in writing through the following email address: rfp_ncsa2019@acueductospr.com. Proponents are fully responsible for being informed of any response to RFC/RFI published by PRASA. PRASA makes no guarantee of timely delivery of any addenda to any person or firm.
