​RFQ documents must be available, since Wednesday, January 30, 2019 thru Monday, ​February 4, 2019 (from 8:00 a.m. thru 11:45 a.m., during morning period, and from 12:45 p.m. thru 4:30 p.m., at evenig period), at Bids Coordinator Office (Attn. Mr. Manuel Rivera Ayala), located on PBA Administration Area, sixth (6th) floor, North Tower of RSVGC. It is mandatory condition for all prospective submitters (individual or firms) to be acquainted with RFQ documents, acquiring related Instructions and Conditions prior to qualifications submission deadline. All questions related to requirements or processes of this RFQ must be submitted by e-mail at the following address; aepsubastas@aep.pr.gov. PBA must receive and accept quetions submitted by interested firms and/or individuals until Tuesday, February 5, 2019. Questions submitted after such date shall not be accepted as part of RFQ process.

Descripción:

​In compliance with Article VI-A of Bids Regulations actually in force, Public Buildings Authority (PBA) invite to submit qualifications statements and responses for architectural/engineering (A/E) professional services, related to design of two (2) first responders' safe room facilities for hurricane, to be located at the Puerto Rico's municipalities of Vieques and Culebra, respectively. Requested A/E design services include preparation and submission of documents reqired for the approval of permits & endorsements for the design and construction of aforementioned facilities; all in accordance with corresponding Instructions and Conditions submitted as part of this RFQ.
