  On December 23, 2019, the Puerto Rico and Municipal Islands Maritime Transport Authority (PRMTA) issued the Request for Proposal No. PRMTA-RFP-2019-002 (“RFP") to seek competitive Proposals for the repair, maintenance, renovation, inspection and certification of the M/V Cayo Largo (“Project"). It is PRMTA's intent to subcontract a Project Manager to physically be present aboard the vessel or at the shipyard seven (7) days a week to oversee and drive the Project so that it is accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and within the available budget. 
  The Project and shall be completed within the five (5) month period beginning upon the issuance of the Order to Proceed. 
  
    Interested parties are invited to submit quotations in PDF format, on or before Tuesday, May 5th​, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. (AST). Quotations shall be directed to the PRMTA via e-mail

The proposal process and performance of requested services will be in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of FTA's “Third Party Contracting Guidelines", FTA Circular 4220.1F, and shall comply with 23 USC §112 (b)(2)(A) and 23 C.F.R. §172.3.
