​This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to prospective natural resources restoration service providers to submit a proposal for the services necessary to implement permanent soil stabilization through the application of a hydro-seeding solution at the Ceiba Terminal site. The Puerto Rico and Island Municipalities Maritime Transport Authority is seeking a qualified service provider that can attain final stabilization to areas where clearing, grading and excavation activities will no longer be performed over a five (5) month period beginning upon the issuance of the Order to Proceed.Interested parties are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the guidelines to be described throughout this RFP, on or before June 8, 2020 at 5:00 pm (AST). A compulsory site inspection will be held at the former Naval Station Roosevelt Roads Pier II in Ceiba, Puerto Rico on a specific date to be announced later. Copies of this RFP are available via e-mail request to propuestas@atm.pr.gov . The Authority is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on grounds of sex, race, age, national origin, religious beliefs, marital status, veteran status or disability.
