  ​The proposed project consists of the permanent repairs of the components of the Old San Juan Pier #4 that were damaged by the impacts of the September 2017 hurricanes, all in accordance with plans, contract documents and technical specifications.

The project is conditioned upon the receipt of federal funding under provisions of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Certain mandatory federal requirements apply to this solicitation and will be made part of any contract awarded. The Qualified Bidder must comply with all federal regulations, including, but not limited, to Access to Records and Reports (Reference: 2 CFR § 200.326, 2 CFR § 200.333), affirmative action requirement (Reference: 41 CFR part 60-4, Executive Order 11246), Breach of Contract Terms. 4.    UNIVERSAL IDENTIFIER AND SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM)

5.    TWIC® AND PRPA MARITIME ID BADGE The Transportation Worker Identification Credential, also known as TWIC®, is required by the Maritime Transportation Security Act for workers who need access to secure areas of the nation's maritime facilities and vessels. TSA conducts a security threat assessment (background check) to determine a person's eligibility and issues the credential.During construction, all contractor's employees working on site must comply with TWIC and PRPA Maritime ID Badge requirements.Estimated prices:
