Descripción:
The Board of Awards of the Highway and Transportation Authority will receive sealed proposals for the Formal Bid No. C-20-18, Federal Aid Acquisition ZP-9999(381), Traffic Signal Systems Management Center Hardware Upgrade, AC-800574.
Bidders shall submit their proposals at the Board of Awards Office on the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center (Minillas) South Building, Eleventh Floor, De Diego Avenue, Stop 22, Santurce, Puerto Rico on or before 2:00 pm of March 18, 2020 at which time and place said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at March 2, 2020 on 10:00 am at the Awards Room. This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended.
Specifications, proposal forms, and all other necessary information may be obtained at the Board of Awards Office of the Authority; on the Eleventh Floor, Suite 1103 of the mentioned address, telephone number (787) 721-8787 extension 1130, from the date of this advertisement until two (2) working days prior to the opening of bids upon a non-reimbursable payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Said payment shall be made in cash, money order, Visa, Master Card or ATM debit cards at the Authority's Treasurer's Office, seventh (7th) floor. The proposal will be rejected if the payment receipt does not show the exact name of the firm submitting the proposal.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty (Bid Bond), certified check, or money order in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted and subject to the conditions of this process, in the name of the Highway and Transportation Authority. Copy of an updated certification for the Bidders Register from the General Services Administration shall be included.
