​The Board of Awards of the Highway and Transportation Authority will receive sealed proposals for the Formal Bid No. C-15-06, Shadow Vehicle with Truck Mounted Attenuator and Flashing Arrow, (Federal Aid Acquisition SPR-52, TASK 812, AC-990105).
 
Bidders shall submit their proposals at the Board of Awards Office on the South Building, Eleventh Floor Office 1103, of the Highway and Transportation Authority on or before 2:00 pm of April 7, 2015 at which time and place said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
 
Specifications, proposal forms, and all other necessary information may be obtained at the Board of Awards Office of the Authority; telephone number (787) 721-8787 extensions 1129 and 1130, from the date of this advertisement until two working days prior to the opening of bids upon a non-reimbursable payment of $25.00. Said payment shall be made in cash, money order, Visa, Master Card or ATM debit cards at the Authority’s Treasurer’s Office, seventh floor. The proposal will be rejected if the payment receipt does not show the exact name of the firm delivering the proposal.
 
Each proposal must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted and subject to the conditions of this process, in the name of the Highway and Transportation Authority. Copy of an updated certification for the Unique Bidders Registry from the General Services Administration shall be included.
