Descripción:
The services consists of the inspection for project that contemplates the repairs to dining facility included but not limited to: lead and asbestos abatement, structure demolition for new construction, replace doors and windows, improvements to the electrical and mechanical systems, purchase and installation of various equipment, and other minor repairs and maintenance.

From January 20, 2021 at 10:00a.m. to January 26, 2021 at 2:00p.m. the interested Proponents in participating in this acquisition process should call (787) 289-1400 ext. 1062/1058/1051 to register. Registration is compulsory to participate in this acquisition process. On January 27, 2021, it would be send only to the registered Proponents RFQ/RFP documents and/or link that must access to download the RFQ/RFP documents. RFQ/RFP documents are free charge. Questions and Request for Clarifications (RFC) relating of this request must be sent via email to yanira.rivera-ortiz.nfg@mail.mil and copy to CW2 Luis A. Sepulveda, Business Manager, at luis.a.sepulvedagarcia.mil@mail.mil no later than February 4, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Submitted questions and RFC must have the RFQ/RFP reference number and Proponent's point of contact. Proponents should submit in person their qualifications and proposal at the Puerto Rico Army National Guard Museum, located in #100 Esteves St. Stop 3-1/2 Puerta de Tierra in San Juan, Puerto Rico on February 17, 2021 on or before 1:00p.m. The qualifications and proposals will be publicly opened in Puerto Rico Army National Guard Museum on February 17, 2021 at 1:15p.m. Each qualifications and proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the corresponding amount of fifteen (15%) of the total amount of the proposal on behalf to Puerto Rico Army National Guard and submitted a Bond Capacity, required. The Proponents have to submit with their qualifications: Data Universal Numbering (DUNS), Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE), and active System for Award Management (SAM).
