AuctionFolds will be available for sale digitally from Saturday, April 10, 2021, at 8:00 a.m.. m, Atlantic Standard Time, through Monday, April 12, 2021, at 12:00 p.m., Atlantic Standard Time. The spread will have a non-refundable cost of one hundred ($100.00) dollars payable to the AFI. Payment will be made through the PAY-PAL application. (1. Go to page www.afi.pr.gov, 2. Click AUCTIONS, 3. Click year 2020_ PAY-PAL, 4. Read Instructions.) In the purchase transaction with PAY-PAL, the bidder must enter the NAME OF THE PARTICIPATING COMPANY, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER AND AUCTION NUMBER.
  Participating Bidders shall be responsible for evaluating the Auction Folds and submitting within the timetable provided in the Proponent Instructions (ITP) to the e-mail subastas@afi.pr.gov; doubts or questions on or before Tuesday, April 13, 2021, at 4:00p.m., Atlantic Standard Time. THIS PROCESS DOES NOT INVOLVE PRE-SUBSAST MEETING OR PROJECT VISITATION.
  Bidders must submit their proposal in compliance with the requirements set out in the PCRs, which are part of the Auction Folds. The delivery of Proposals will be carried out ENTERING by the Ave.  De Diego, in front of the Museum of Art, AAFAF Building on Floor P of the Minillas Government Center, Roberto Sanchez Vilella, Central Tower, San Juan, P.R., on Thursday, April 15, 2021, from 9:00a.m., Atlantic Standard Time until, 12:00p.m., Atlantic Time Standard. THIS PROCESS DOES NOT INVOLVE PUBLIC OPENING.
  The AFI reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal that does not meet the auction requirements. Each tenderer shall submit his proposal on the date and time set. Any proposal must be sealed (no open proposals will be received). Proposals will not be received after the set time.
  This process will be governed by Purchasing and Auction Regulations No. 5853, Executive Order OE2021-021 and applicable legal sources. Participants must register the name of the company represented, in the Register of Purchase of Folds, as it is compulsory.
