  The work consists of the Interior Improvements to the Rivera Marrero Conference Hall in the OGP.
  The Auction Folds will be available for sale digitally from Thursday, April 15, 2021, at 10:00a.m., Atlantic Standard Time, until Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 4:00p.m., Atlantic Standard Time. The spread will have a non-refundable cost of one hundred ($100.00) dollars payable to the AFI. Payment will be made through the PAY-PAL application. (1. Go to page, 2. Click SUBASTAS, 3. Click year 2021_ PAY-PAL, 4. Read Instructions.) In the purchase transaction with PAY-PAL, you must enter the name of the participating company, email, telephone number and auction number.
    Participating Bidders will be responsible for evaluating the Folds prior to the pre-auction meeting which is binding, and submitting questions, doubts or comments according to the timetable submitted in the Proponent Instructions (ITP), to e-mail The processes of the Pre-Auction Meeting and Opening of Proposals will be carried out through VIDEO CONFERENCE. Bidders will receive the invitation link with the Digital Auction Sheets. The Pre-Auction VIDEOCONFERENCE compulsory, will be held Friday, April 23, 2021, at 9:00a.m., Atlantic Standard Time, the Attendance Sheet as given access to the meeting, will validate your attendance at the meeting. The visit to the project, compulsory, will take place on Friday, April 23, 2021, at 1:00p.m., Atlantic Standard Time.
  Bidders must submit their proposal in compliance with the requirements set out in the PCRs, which are part of the Auction Folds. The delivery of Proposals will be carried out ENTERING by Ave. De Diego, in front of the Museum of Art, AAFAF Building on Floor P of the Minillas Government Center, Roberto Sanchez Vilella, Central Tower, San Juan, P.R., on Monday, May 10, 2021, from 9:00a.m., Atlantic Standard Time, until 4:00p.m., Atlantic Standard Time. The opening will take place on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at 10:00a.m., Atlantic Standard Time,VIDEO-CONFERENCE.
  The AFI reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal that does not meet the auction requirements. Each tenderer shall submit his proposal on the date and time set. Any proposal must be sealed (no open proposals will be received).
    This process will be governed by Purchasing and Auction Regulations No. 5853 and applicable legal sources. Participants must register the name of the represented company, in all registration documents (Register of Purchase of Fold, Registration of Assistance of Presubasta, Registration of Assistance Visit to the Project, among others), since they are all compulsory.
