Descripción: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to qualify Consultants to assist PRARNG with planning, design, and supervision of its projects to be develop in several facilities for PRARNG.

From April 29, 2021 at 10:00a.m. to May 6, 2021 at 2:00p.m., Proponents should call at (787) 289-1400 ext. 1062/1050/1058/1051 to register. On May 7, 2021, the RFQ documents and/or link to download the RFQ documents will be sent to register Proponent only. RFQ documents are free of charge. The Proponent register is required to submit qualifications.
Questions and Request for Clarifications (RFC) relating of this request must be submitted via email to yanira.rivera-ortiz.nfg@mail.mil no later than May 14, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Submitted questions and RFC must have the RFQ reference number and provide the point of contact for the Proponent.
Proponents shall submit in person their qualifications at the Puerto Rico Army National Guard Museum, located in #100 Esteves St. Stop 3-1/2 Puerta de Tierra in San Juan, Puerto Rico on May 28, 2021 on or before 1:00p.m. The qualifications will be publicly opened in Puerto Rico Army National Guard Museum on May 28, 2021 at 1:15p.m
