Descripción:
The AFI intends to carry out the works related to the Interior Improvements of the Villa #5 of the ASSMCA facilities located in the municipality of Bayamón. The purpose is to enable the areas for movement and storage of furniture of the AFI. The documents will be available from Friday, June 4, 2021, through Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. (Atlantic Standard Time). The acquisition of the documents is free of charge. Description of the works:
Cleaning areas with pressure washing machine 2,400 square feet.Wall and ceiling painting (Include only labor and materials except paint) 1,500 ft.Repair three garage doors and leave them in operation with "Beeper" system.Construction of entrance ramp of 10' x 20' x 4" in concrete.Verification of electrical system.Installation of sixteen (16) 4 x 2 lamps with two LED type tubes.Replacement of glass door 7' x 3' with hardware.Replacement of miami type windows.Installation of two (2) air conditioning machines 60,000 BTU type "Inverters" voltage 208.Time to do the work (7 calendar days)Proposals shall comply with the following:
Visit Compulsoria on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at 10:00a.m. (Atlantic Standard Time), in the ASSMCA building, in Bayamón (Lobby of the building) coordination with Eng. Victor J. Velázquez (787.505.0355). The participating tenderer must sign the Entry and Exit Registration Sheets at the time of the project visit, COMPULSORIA.Questions will be until Thursday, June 10, 2021, before 12:00p.m. (Atlantic Standard Time), by e-mail: lrivera@afi.pr.gov Submit the economic proposal no later than Friday, June 11, 2021,at or before 4:00p.m, (Atlantic StandardTime), via email to: lrivera@afi.pr.gov addressed to Ms. Lorna M. Rivera Malave – Chief Financial Officer of the AFI.All prices offered must remain firm for thirty (30) calendar days, from the date of delivery (email) of the proposal. If this Call is partially modified, all terms and conditions that are not modified remain unchanged.If the Project Proposer is selected, the following relays and administrative documents must be provided to the IPA, within or within two (2) days from the date of notification of the selection, to complete the contracting process:a. RUL
b. CFSE Policy
c. Automobile Policy
d. Copy of the OSHA 300 for the years 2017 and 2018
E. Payment and Compliance Bond, 100% of the amount of the Contract both.
Failure to deliver the above-mentioned documents within the established term will be grounds for disqualification and the AFI reserves the right to hire any other responsive proponent.
7. It will be a requirement that you visit and familiarize with the existing conditions and corroborate the scope of the work to be carried out.
8. The Proposer shall provide a complete economic proposal on the form provided demonstrating that he or she understands the scope of the project and the services it will provide. No additional compensation will be provided without prior request or authorization from the AFI.
