Request For Qualification (RFQ) documents will be distribute via email. Is mandatory to legal entities interested in participating in this RFQ contact Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) via telephone to register. The contact person for this RFQ is Mrs. Sol Marie Rosario and she can be contacted at (787) 289-1400 extensions 1058/1051/1062; (2) The period to register for this RFQ is June 07, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. and will close on June 10, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Office hours to consider are from 8:00a.m. – 11:30a.m.; 12:30m. – 4:00p.m. Interested participants must provide information (name/email/phone number...) of the Person Of Contact (POC).  Once the participation registration period is completed, the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) will send to all registered participant the RFQ documents via email no later than June 14, 2021. CFMO staff will contact the number provided by the Participant to confirm the delivery of the documents. The RFQ documents have no cost; (3). Questions and Request For Clarification (RFC) related to this process must be submitted via email, directed to the attention of Mrs. Sol Marie Rosario, Business Technician, cc CW2 Luis A. Sepúlveda García, Business Manager, to sol.m.rosario2.nfg@mail.mil ; luis.a.sepulvedagarcia.mil@mail.mil respectively. The Participantr is responsible for contact us to confirming receipt of your questions at (787) 289-1400 ext. 1058. The deadline for submitting Questions and RFC is June 21, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.; (5). Package must be submitted in person at the Puerto Rico National Guard Museum located at #100 General Esteves St Stop 3 ½, Puerta de Tierra San Juan, Puerto Rico. Package must be addressed to the attention of Col Carlos R. Caez-Sierra PE, Construction and Facilities Management Office Director. No package will be received via regular mail nor email. Date for submitting packages is July 02, 2021, at 10:00.  RFQ documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope, duly identified following the RFQ instructions. The number of copies is established in the RFQ documents. The envelopes will be opened exclusively by the PRARNG personnel assigned for this process. Once the Source Selection Evaluation Board makes a determination in this regard the result will be published to all participants. Entities interested in participant in this RFQ must present evidence of th following: (a). Universal Data Numbering System (DUNS); (b). Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE); (c) Award Management System (SAM). In addition they must comply wiht the administrative and qualification estalished at the RFQ documents. (6). Ay person who requires access to the Puerto Rico National Guard Museum must wear a face mask at all time; must register at the Museum Assistance Registry and at the RFQ Assistance Registry. Only one representative per company is allowed and they must follow the rules of physical distancing; (7). PRARNG reserves the right to modify and/or cancel this process at any time.
