Notas Especiales

​1-  This bid is open to the participation of the public.  The proponents must meet the minimum requirements to establish a contract with the Government of Puerto Rico through the General Services Administration (ASG), including but not limited to Unique Bidder's Registry (RUL), Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS, System of Awards Management (SAM) registry and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE).  The Proponents will have five (5) business days after bid openinig to comply with the minimum requirements.
2- All interested parties shall contact the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) to register to participate in the bid.  Registration is mandatory and will be from June 16 to 22, 2021.  Office working hours is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30a.m. & 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  
3-  Bid documents are free of charge.  The documents will be distributed via email not later tha June 23, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
4- A mandatory site visit will be held on June 30, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.  The facility is located at State Road 189, km. 5.5, Gurabo , P.R.  In compliance with existing Executive Orders from the Governor of Puerto Rico, participation of the site visit will be limited to two (2) participants by Contractor.  
6- Questions for this bid shall be in writing, addressed to the attention of CW Luis A. Sepúlveda, Business Manager, at luis.a.sepulvedagarcia.mil@mail.mil; copy Mrs. Yasmara Ríos, Assistant to Business Manager at yasmara.rios2.nfg@mail.mil.  It is the Contractor's responsability to confirm the delivery of the email.  Due date for questions is July 2, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
7- Due date for proposals is on July 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.  The packages shall be submitted on a sealed envelope, following the instructions of the bid package.  Documents are to be submitted to Puerto Rico National Guard Museum, located at #100 Calle Esteves, Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, P.R.  Proposals must be submitted in person at the exact time and location established in this invitation.  No packages will be received via email or regular mail.
8- Each proposal must include a provisional bid bond of 15% of the bid price.
9- The Puerto Rico National Guard reserves the right to modify or cancel this bid at anytime.
