  The project consists of removing the windows identified by the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation at the Guayma 296 Institute and replacing them with the specified windows. The project includes the removal, manufacture and installation of the new windows. The installation of protective meshes on the identified windows is also included.
The Auction Sheets will be available for sale digitally from Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at 8:00 a.m., Atlantic Standard Time, through Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., Atlantic Standard Time. The tender will have a Non-Refundable cost of one hundred ($100.00) dollars payable to the AFI. Payment will be made through the application PayPal. (1.Ir to page www.afi.pr.gov, 2.Click AUCTIONS, 3.Click year 2021_ PAY-PAL, 4.Read Instructions.) In the purchase transaction with PAY-PAL, you will need to enter the name of the participating company, email, phone number and auction number. ONCE THE PURCHASE IS COMPLETED, YOU MUST PROVIDE THE EVIDENCE OF THE TRANSACTION WITH PayPal TO THE EMAIL: subastas@afi.pr.gov, TO RECEIVE THE DOCUMENTS CORRESPONDING TO THE AUCTION SPECIFICATIONS. The VIDEOCONFERENCE Pre-auction meeting, Compulsoria, will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. The visit to the project, compulsoria will be on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 10:00a.m. Participating Bidders will be responsible for evaluating the Auction Specifications and submitting within the schedule provided in the Instructions to the Proposer (ITP), to the email subastas@afi.pr.gov, doubts or questions on or before Monday, November 22, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., Atlantic Standard Time. Bidders must submit their proposal in compliance with the requirements established in the ITPs, which are part of the Auction Specifications. The delivery of Proposals will be carried out ENTERING by the Ave. De Diego, in front of the Art Museum, in the Plazoleta Area, AAFAF Building on the P Floor of the Minillas Government Center, Roberto Sanchez Vilella, Torre Central, San Juan, P.R., thursday, December 2, 2021, from 9:00 a.m., Atlantic Standard Time, to 4:00 p.m., Atlantic Time. The VIDEOCONFERENCE opening will take place on Friday, December 3, 2021, at 11:00a.m.
The AFI reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal that does not meet the auction requirements. Each tenderer must submit his proposal on the date and time established. All proposals must be sealed (no open proposals will be received). This process will be governed by the Purchasing and Auction Regulation No. 5853, as amended and the applicable legal sources. Participating Bidders must register the name of the Company participating in the Purchase of Specifications, as it is compulsory.
