Descripción: The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) is requesting the qualifications of Firms/Individuals qualified to provide the services of archeologist in Puerto Rico, for government projects funded with State and Federal funds. The services shall be provided in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and PR Law 112.

Notas Especiales
1- This request for qualifications (RFQ) is open to the public. All Firms/Individuals qualified to provide the requested services under the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico may participate in the process. The Proponents shall meet the minimum requirements to establish a contract with the Government of Puerto Rico. Minimum requirements are registration in the Unique Professional Registry (RUP), registration at System of Awards Management (SAM), DUNS and CAGE numbers. Participants that do not meet this requirments will have five (5) business days after due date to comply with the requirement.
2- Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) reserves the right to cancel this process at any time.
3- All interested parties shall register in order to receive the RFQ package. The documents are free of charge and will be sent via email. Participants must contact the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) at 787-289-1400 exts. 1051/1058 or 1050. Please provide the name of the legal entity that will participate, name of representative, phone number and email. RFQ documents will be sent to the email provided on September7, 2021.
4- Questions concerning this RFQ shall be in writing to the attention of CW2 Luis A. Sepúlveda, Business Manager, and copy Mrs. Yasmara Ríos Rivera, at luis.a.sepulvedagarcia.mil@mail.mil and yasmara.rios2.nfg@mail.mil. Participants must contact CFMO to confirm the delivery of the question. Due date for questions is September 15, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
5- Due date for RFQ packages is September 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The proposals shall be submitted in person at PRARNG Musuem located at #100 Gen Esteves St., Pda. 3.5 Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, P.R. Due to COVID 19, only one representative per legal entity is allowed. This is a close envelope bid. All Participants will be notified of the results.
6 - All changes will be notified via email to all Participants.
