  ​In compliance with Article VI of Bids Regulations in force, the Public Buildings Authority (PBA) invites the public to submit qualifications statement and proposal response for architectural & engineering (A/E) professional services related to the design and development of all items of works required for the repair, restoration, and damage mitigation of twenty-one (21) PBA building facilities (projects), located at several of Puerto Rico's municipalities and distributed, by means of this RFP, in nine (9) groups of projects. Requested A/E services, which PBA intends to award with one (1) contract per each group of building facilities, include, but are not limited to the assistance in the planning, design, preparation and submission of construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates and all documents required for the approval of permits and endorsements needed to rehabilitate existing facilities; all in accordance with Contract Documents submitted as part of this RFP and all updated applicable federal, state, and local construction standards, codes, laws and regulations.

RFP information package will be available, from Monday, January 31, 2022, thru Friday, February 18, 2022, through digital link sent to interested firms or individuals by e-mail, after each firm or individual submit corresponding payment in cash, money order, or certified check payable to PBA, for seventy-five dollars ($75.00), at the PBA Paymaster's Office Division, located at the sixth (6th) floor, North Building, Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center (known as Minillas Government Center - MGC), De Diego Avenue (Parada 22), Santurce Ward, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Payments to acquire such RFP documents shall be submitted in person during the following timetable: from 8:00 AM thru 11:45 AM, (during morning period), and from 12:45 PM thru 4:00 PM (during afternoon period). This payment will not be refunded.
