Descripción:

​The project objective is to enhance Airport terminal of the Benjamín Rivera Noriega Airport at Municipality of Culebra (CPX) in response to Coronavirus pandemic. This project will be funded by the Airport Coronavirus Grant Program (ACRGP), Grant No. 3-72-0009-017-2021. This project consists of the following tasks: General works on existing exhaust system; Install a new air conditioning system at waiting and office area (PRPA & US CUSTOM); Bathrooms equipment replacement; Access doors replacement; Install new air curtains; Install square ornamental wall blocks sealing; Provide portable air purification units; Install new maintenance and service fixed ladder with safety cage; Remove, dispose and replace existing roof deck at storage room; Provide new sanitizing floor mats; And realize necessary electrical improvements

Notas Especiales

In order to participate, bidders should obtain drawings and biding documents by requesting them at the following email edreyes@prpa.pr.gov and rpedraza@prpa.pr.gov on or before March 1, 2022 by paying a nonrefundable amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) to the Puerto Rico Ports Authority by calling (787)729-8859 or (787)729-8715 Ext. 3332 Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with VISA, Master Card or Discovery. Cash will not be accepted. Bidders are advised that they must be registered as possessors of the contract documents for the project and possessors of all such amendments.  
All bids received, will be publicly opened and read aloud through a virtual meeting using Microsoft Teams Application by the Bids Board of the Puerto Rico Ports Authority at the same day of the Bid Opening.  Certain mandatory federal requirements apply to this solicitation and will be made part of any contract awarded.
