Descripción: The purpose of the Environmental Condition of Property (ECOP) will also allows PRARNG to assess the current property conditions and concerns to document, summarize, and accurately describe the environmental conditions and concerns of the land, facilities, and real property assets.

From April 4, 2022 at 10:00a.m. to April 8, 2022 at 2:00p.m. the interested Proponents in participating in this acquisition process should call (787) 289-1400 extension 1062/1058/1050/1051 to register. This registration is compulsory to participate in this acquisition process and to submit a qualifications and proposals. On April 11, 2022 to April 12, 2022 CFMO's personnel will send registered Proponent a link must be access to download the RFP documents. RFP documents are free of charge. A mandatory site visit will be held on April 18, 2022 at 9:00a.m. CFMO's personnel will later provide details and instrutions to Bidders for the site visit. Questions and Request for Clarifications (RFC) relating of this request must be submitted via email to yanira.rivera-ortiz.nfg@army.mil no later than April 25, 2022 at 2:00p.m. Proponents shall submit their qualifications and proposals at the State Military Department, GAM Tower Level 5 Tabonuco St. Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, on or before May 6, 2022 at 10:00a.m. Each qualifications and proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the corresponding amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the cost proposal. The Proponents may submit the Bid Bond through a surety company on behalf of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard. All Proponents must be registered in the Registro Unico Proveedores de Servicio Profesional (RUP) issued by General Services Administration (ASG) and registered and be active in System for Award Management (SAM). In addition, Proponents must have an Universal Identifier Requirements (DUNS Number) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE).
