Descripción:

​In compliance with Article VI of Bids Regulations in force, Public Buildings Authority (PBA) invites all interested qualified individuals and firms to submit qualifications statement and proposal response for the provision of Grant Management Services, in connection with the administration of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funds and other federal funds as provided herein. Scope of proposed management services include but is not limited to the preparation and submission of requests for reimbursement (RFR) or advances of funds, monitoring of grant management, finance, and budget management, among other services, to ensure that all work performed is eligible for Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and FEMA grant funding, and performed in compliance with HUD, FEMA and other applicable Federal and State regulations, policies and guidance, such as Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276a to 276a-7), Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 1857(h), 2 CFR, §200.321 (Contracting with small and minority business, women’s business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms), etc., all in accordance with Contract Documents for this RFP.​

​RFP information package will be available through digital link sent to interested firms or individuals by e-mail, after each firm or individual submit corresponding payment in cash, money order, or certified check payable to PBA, for seventy-five dollars ($75.00), during timetable indicated below. Such payment will not be refunded. Also, all interested firms or individuals must attend to MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING that will be held in accordance with the following schedule:
