Descripción:

The Corporación del Proyecto ENLACE del Caño Martín Peña (ENLACE) is seeking well-qualified design and architectural firms and/or professional services providers for Phase 1 - Architectural, Engineering and Design of the Drainage Improvement Project for Israel-Bitumul, North, FEMA-HMGP Project No. 4473-0045 (PROJECT), funded under the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)'s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). The services include: 
Phase 1a: Data collection and interpretation, architectural and engineering construction design revision and alternatives evaluation, opinion of probable costs (refined), advertising & selection of contractor(s), conduct a “as-built” and topographical survey, conduct a Hydrologic and Hydraulics Study (H&H).Phase 1b: Property valuation and title work; revise cost estimate; revise Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA); update Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) review, bid construction.​Phase 1c: Final Construction Design, Obtain Permits, Survey, Conduct Consultations and Receive Clearances.

The services will be provided in compliance with Act No. 489 of September 24, 2004, Martín Peña Canal Special Planning District Integrated Development Act, as amended (Act 489-2004) and the Comprehensive Development and Land Use Plan for the Caño Martín Peña Special Planning District (CDP). In addition, if a proposal is favorably evaluated, the contract to be executed will be governed by local provisions and federal terms and conditions applicable to Federal grants.
