Mandatory
Pre-Proposal Meeting include an inspection to existing office areas to be
rehabilitated (located at 5th Floor of North Building, RSV Government
Offices Complex), to
become acquainted with actual conditions, restrictions, and limitations of such
office areas, project’s site and remaining
building
facilities. Also, PBA requires that all interested firms and individuals
must sign official attendance list provided by PBA representative during such meeting
and inspection.

Descripción:
In compliance with Regulation 9230 issued by Puerto Rico General Services Administration (ASG, as Spanish abbreviation by initials) and applicable statements from Act No. 173-2019, Public Buildings Authority (PBA) invites all interested firms and individuals to submit qualifications statement and proposal response for A/E design professional services and construction works (design and build services) related to proposed interior rehabilitation of existing facilities for new PBA and Department of Education (DE) Office Areas, respectively, to be located at 5th Floor of North Building, Roberto Sánchez Vilella (RSV) Government Offices Complex (known as Centro Gubernamental Minillas), De Diego Avenue, Santurce Ward, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Requested professional services and construction works, include, but are not limited to the following items:
Abatement and removal of regulated materials (where applies), in compliance with Rule 422 of Atmospheric Pollution Control Regulation issued by Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board, Preparation and submission of construction drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for proposed interior rehabilitation of above-mentioned existing PBA office facilities. Preparation and submission of all documents required for the approval of permits & endorsements for such proposed interior rehabilitation, and, Performance of all construction works needed to complete proposed improvements and rehabilitation of existing interior facilities, mechanical systems (air conditioning), and electrical systems (electric power distribution, illumination, and voice/data communications).All professional design services and construction works shall be provided and performed in accordance with Contract Documents submitted as part of this RFP and all updated applicable federal, state, and local construction standards, codes, laws, and regulations.

INSTRUCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
DELIVERY OF RFP INFORMATION PACKAGE: RFP information package will be available, during period indicated on pre-proposal schedule included on Item B below, through digital link sent to interested firms or individuals by e-mail, after each firm or individual submit corresponding payment in cash, money order, or certified check payable to PBA, for seventy-five dollars ($75.00), at the PBA Paymaster's Office Division, located at sixth (6th) floor, North Building, Roberto Sánchez Vilella (RSV) Government Offices Complex, De Diego Avenue (Parada 22), Santurce Ward, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Payments to acquire such RFP documents shall be submitted in person during the following timetable: From 8:00 a.m. thru 11:45 a.m., (during morning period), and, from 12:45 p.m. thru 4:00 p.m. (during afternoon period).
